Position Requirements:
Team-oriented, skilled in working within a global, collaborative environment
2-5 years of relevant experience in managed services, application support, application administration, or Help Desk (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for documenting plans, reports, and procedures
Experience in managed services and customer-facing support
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation
Ability to work independently, highly motivated, and adaptable
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and resolve technical issues
Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor, support, and troubleshoot MPS applications, ensuring system health and operation.
Respond promptly and professionally to calls/emails, gather information, and resolve or escalate requests.
Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and workflows.
Stay updated on system status and dependencies affecting user experience.
Collaborate with clients and personnel to resolve functional issues and meet service level agreements.
Support user/system administration to maintain a functional MPS environment.
Analyze endpoint, middleware, application logs, and configurations; collaborate with development teams to manage software/device quality.
Provide support for customer-facing three-tier applications, working with third-party technical teams.
Utilize system monitoring tools (ServiceNOW, MS Azure) for system health and security management.
Flexible work hours may be required to address application and client needs.
