Job Description

SUMMARY
  • Compiles data and prepares invoices and bills by performing the following duties.
  • Assist with payment application.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Reads computer files or gathers records such as delivery tickets, and billing report to compile needed data.
  • Key / Match shipment tickets into system so billers can verify shipped information before billing.
  • Enters information into computer and verifies orders are correct.
  • Updates pricing in computer.
  • Reviews billing report checking for projects and pricing issues.
  • Apply payments to applicable accounts – both COD and POA.
  • Post lockbox and ACH payments.
  • Process all outgoing mail.
  • Create credit and debit memos that are given by supervisor.
  • Support co-workers as needed.
