Job Description

Daily:
  • Making copies and pulling back up documentation for customer’s requests
  • Pulling / prepping files for attorney / credit manager
  • Log credit apps on log file
  • Create cover sheets for credit applications
  • Prepare and send references, pull reports and prepare applications for credit approval
  • Prepare and send approval/declined letters for applications
  • Scanning documents into Onbase
  • Assist with credit lines and inbound calls from customers
  • Assist with lien waivers
  • Enter notice information on the CDI website

Monthly:
  • Assist with lien letters
  • Assist with record retention / shredding documents

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experiences in Credit / AR
Skills:
  • Customer service 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help to lead change through the organization

Qualifications:
  • Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, strong operational focus, and team player
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interacts well with external customers
  • Energetic, forward-thinking, self-directed, possessing professional image
  • Strong initiative and follow-up
  • Strong ability to multitask in a high volume fast paced environment.
  • High level of computer literacy is required with particular emphasis on:
    • Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
    • Command Alkon
    • Knowledge of OnBase software helpful
