Job Description
**BlueSky Resource Solutions is searching for an experienced IT Operations Manager for a trusted client in Atlanta, GA**
Required Skills:
- 5+ years diverse applications in related / relevant field
- 3+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud Services
- Experience as a servant leader – leading high performing individuals and supporting global and partially hybrid team.
- Technically adept within MS Suite and MS Operating Systems
- Active Directory
- Endpoint Configuration Manager
- MS Teams
- O365
- Proven experience managing teams using:
- Jira
- Service Now
- MS Teams
- JAMF/Mac OS
- Management of 3rd party or MSPs, particularly with SLA monitoring and administration
Nice to Have:
- Associates degree or BS is highly preferred
- CISSP / Cisco MS cert – active or non – anything cisco MS is sought after. Validating that they have expert / generalized proficient knowledge
Daily Responsibilities:
- Working with 24/7 helpdesk team (offshore) that manages inbound tickets and L1 customer support
- Responsible for leading the local helpdesk team, onsite helpdesk support
- Act as backup support to offshore support team
- Managing Tier 2 Support in addition to a small engineering group
- Corporate IT and business operations support – no customer / external support
