Job Description


IT Project Manager

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery of business applications (e.g., Office 365, Salesforce, Workday, ERP, HCM systems) and infrastructure projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning & Execution: Define objectives, create detailed schedules, and manage budgets. Align resources and oversee the entire project lifecycle.
  2. Scope & Change Management: Develop and document requirements, manage scope, and lead the change control process, including impact analysis and stakeholder approval.
  3. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks while resolving complex issues promptly. Escalate critical concerns with proposed solutions when needed.
  4. Testing & Implementation: Organize and oversee testing, defect management, and go-live activities, including training and communication plans.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Provide regular status updates tailored to audiences, including executives, and maintain clear communication to align expectations.
  6. Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the organization to drive project success and secure stakeholder buy-in.

Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Effective leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities for driving consensus and resolving conflicts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
