We are seeking a detail-oriented OSP Construction Quality & Compliance Inspector to oversee construction quality, safety, and compliance for dark fiber network builds. This field-based role is critical in ensuring all work meets company, regulatory, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections, quality control (QC) checks, and final inspections
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with company and partner standards
Enforce adherence to OSHA and jurisdictional requirements (e.g., local authorities, DOT standards)
Review QC documentation and submissions
Support outage response efforts and troubleshoot field issues
Perform route verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of builds
Work closely with vendors to ensure quality and compliance expectations are met
Qualifications
Experience in OSP construction, fiber networks, or telecom field operations
Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety practices, and compliance requirements
Familiarity with DOT, municipal, and permitting processes preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and network documentation
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel within the North Georgia region

Base Salary Range: $70,000- $90,000 depending on experience level
