Position Overview:
The Principal Solution Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced software solutions and services to improve healthcare delivery and business operations. This position focuses on optimizing existing systems, enhancing workflows, and addressing complex technical challenges in partnership with the enterprise architecture team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a commitment to leveraging modern technologies and architecture standards to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative software and services to enhance healthcare and operational efficiency.
Optimize and improve existing technical solutions to meet evolving business and clinical needs.
Streamline workflows through automation and process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate closely with the enterprise architecture team to address emerging technical challenges and align solutions with organizational goals.
Ensure all solutions adhere to modern architecture standards and best practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying new knowledge to build robust, high-performance systems.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to support project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven expertise in healthcare technology solutions or related fields (e.g., EHR systems, clinical workflows, or business operations).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and modern software development methodologies.
