The role of a Salesforce Administrator entails constructing, configuring, and automating technological solutions with the aim of delivering tangible business benefits. Key responsibilities encompass user support, data management, and the provision of actionable insights.

Qualifications & Background
  • Minimum Educational Requirement: A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a combination of equivalent experience, with a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years in the field of information technology.
  • Minimum Professional Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in the capacity of a Salesforce Administrator.

Skills & Proficiencies
  • Profound comprehension of Salesforce CRM and CPQ, including Salesforce object architecture and permission management.
  • Proficiency ranging from intermediate to advanced in Microsoft 365 and Windows 10.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Flows, Workbench, and Gearset.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered an advantageous asset.
