Position Summary:

The Salesforce Integrations Developer is responsible for creating and managing applications and integrations within the Salesforce platform to meet the organization’s evolving needs. Reporting to the IT Integration Solutions Manager, this role requires collaboration with team leads and database professionals to design, code, test, and document solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The developer will manage assigned tasks independently and coordinate with external contractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations from analysis to implementation.
  • Conduct reviews throughout the development process to proactively resolve issues.
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize application performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure application security and integrity through policy management.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Manage project tasks independently, following Agile methodologies.
  • Coordinate and oversee work by external contractors.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and workflows.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience (5-7 years).
  • Experience:
  • 4+ years in Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, Workbench, Gearset).
  • 4+ years in object-oriented and database development.
  • 2+ years in application integrations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong development and integration skills with sound problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in software tools and languages required for Salesforce development.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment:
  • Hybrid (office/remote). Minimal travel required.
