Job Summary: You’ll be responsible for overseeing the Customer Experience team, focusing on strategic initiatives, and managing high-value customer accounts. This role demands an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, and a dedication to elevating customer satisfaction.
You’ll guide a team of Customer Experience Specialists, ensuring the highest level of service and operational excellence. The role is pivotal in aligning the CX team's strategies with the company’s overarching operational goals and customer experience standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations/Supply Chain Management, or related field OR 5-8 years of experience in a customer-centric role within logistics or supply chain.
Proven experience in leading teams of 4-8 employees and managing complex customer relationships.
Proven ability in strategic planning and high-level problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to engage with senior executive stakeholders and leadership.
Experience in managing high-level customer escalations and complex problem-solving leading to resolution.
