Job Description
Sr. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst
BlueSky is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst to support the ERM function in executing a role in Risk Governance. This Analyst will be specifically responsible for executing key tasks under the direction of the Sr. Director of ERM. This role works in a hybrid environment of 4 days WFH (M,T, Th, F) & onsite Wednesdays in Alpharetta GA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares materials to facilitate risk discussions including agendas, minutes, presentation materials and analyses.
- Participates in risk analysis and risk assessment meetings.
- ERM Management
- Produces Reports and Presentations, Outlining Findings
- Explains Risk Positions & Recommends Changes
- Identifies Key Risks & Mitigating Factors – Conducts/Analyses to Quantify & Support Risk
- Works with risk partners and research key risks to gather risk-related data from internal or external resources
- Maintains the repository of ERM performance metrics, documentation and generates reports illustrating data, text, and graphics.
- Provide technology risk and risk analytics expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Cyber Security, Technology, and Operations Risks) to proactively identify technology risk exposures.
- Identify, assess, and evaluate risk to enable the execution of the ERM strategy for the IT Areas including Governance, Systems Engineering, Applications, Core Operations, Infrastructure, IS areas including Cyber Security – Systems Monitoring and Compliance, Cyber Security Governance, Risk Compliance, and Business Resiliency.
- Documents and reports status of agreed upon activities, remediation plans, owners, and commitment dates.
- Assists in ensuring accurate data capture of activities and IT risks in support of risk reporting for all levels of management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ Years’ Experience in Consulting, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Audit, Data Analysis and/or Risk Management
- Experience Analyzing; Technical & Management Risk Reports, Risk Aggregation, Trending, Outlier – Qualitative & Quantitative Data.
- Experience w/ Cyber Security Frameworks (NIST) Preferred, Cloud Technology, and/or IT Operations
