Vulnerability Analyst
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

As an Enterprise Vulnerability Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our enterprise assets from cyber threats by overseeing the Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM) program. Your primary focus will be on evaluating security vulnerabilities, strategizing mitigation efforts, and ensuring timely remediation across various platforms and devices. Leveraging a suite of operational and cyber tools, you'll automate vulnerability management tasks to proactively de-risk our organization.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to enhance the Enterprise Vulnerability Management program, fostering a global, matrixed environment aimed at minimizing risk.
  • Review and refine existing documentation and processes while exploring innovative approaches to vulnerability management.
  • Identify and address process, security, and technical gaps that could lead to security incidents, adhering to defined procedures for threat mitigation.
  • Utilize operational tools such as Qualys, ServiceNow, Delinea, and Sentential One to analyze and report vulnerabilities across all environments.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including IT Service Owners, managed service providers, and Plant and Mill IT groups, to address vulnerability findings and ensure timely remediation.
  • Lead efforts in vulnerability triaging, prioritizing patching and remediation tasks based on risk assessment.
  • Champion process excellence in vulnerability management, collaborating with operational, cyber, and compliance teams to drive adherence to program policies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among department leaders, project managers, and lines of business to garner support for vulnerability management initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying industry best practices and monitoring key metrics related to vulnerability management.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term EVM strategies to meet global information security needs.

Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency in navigating complex, matrixed global enterprise environments, demonstrating the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence others indirectly to achieve objectives.
  • Certification in Qualys Guard and extensive experience in Vulnerability Management and/or SecOps.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, with significant experience in SCCM administration and project management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework methodology, governance policies, and large enterprise environments (>25,000 userbase).
  • Track record of success in team development and management within a highly matrixed setting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, with at least five years of relevant experience, or Associate degree with seven years of experience.
  • Proven experience in a 24/7 high-availability multi-site enterprise environment, encompassing application hosting, network infrastructure, and information security.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams to deliver on operational priorities, including providing technical support across diverse IT infrastructure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ideally with exposure to a manufacturing environment.
